“八五”期末从杉木中心产区福建省引进优良无性系。3年测定表明,供试无性系树高、新梢、胸径、冠幅、分枝盘数及保存率存在极显著或显著的遗传性变异。生长显著超过优良种源(广西融水杉木)对照的有1个无性系5号。同时发现经1代改良的最优家系子代(29号)在供试群体中表现最佳,树高比对照增加53.3%。经综合评定初选出5号,13号,16号,24号,26号等5个无性系,树高比优良种源对照增加12.6%~40.4%。这些无性系和改良代优良家系,可作为优质高产、稳产杉木选育材料,在科研和生产中应用。
At the end of the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” period, the fine clones were introduced from Fujian Province, a center of Chinese fir area. The results of 3 years showed that there was a significant or significant genetic variation in tree height, shoot height, DBH, crown width, number of branches and storage rate of the tested clones. There was a clonal number 5 which significantly exceeded that of the excellent provenance (Guangxi Rongtongshan fir). At the same time, it was found that the best offspring (29) improved by the first generation showed the best performance in the test population, and the tree height was 53.3% higher than that of the control. Five clones, such as No.5, No.13, No.16, No.24 and No.26, were initially selected in the comprehensive assessment. The tree height increased by 12.6% -40.4% compared with the superior provenance. These clones and the improved generation of fine families, can be used as high-yield, stable yield of Chinese fir breeding materials, research and production applications.
