目的:研究和比较鸢尾属不同植物射干、日本鸢尾、德鸢尾清除DPPH·药理活性。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定DPPH·含量,色谱柱:Kromasil C18(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm);流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸水(80:20)检测波长517 nm。比较各样品对DPPH·自由基清除作用。结果:射干、日本鸢尾、德鸢尾清除DPPH·的IC50值分别为0.020、0.004、0.018。三者对DPPH·自由基清除作用强弱顺序为:日本鸢尾>德鸢尾≥射干。结论:不同鸢尾属植物对DPPH·自由基的清除作用有较大差别,提示除射干之外的其它鸢尾属植物也有较强的抗氧化作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study and compare the DPPH · pharmacological activity of different plants of Iris, such as Iris japonica and Iris japonica. Methods: The content of DPPH · was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The chromatographic column was Kromasil C18 (5μm, 250 mm × 4.6 mm). The mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid water (80:20) and the detection wavelength was 517 nm. The DPPH · free radical scavenging activity of each sample was compared. Results: The IC50 values of DPPH in Shegan, Nippon Iris and Iris were 0.020, 0.004 and 0.018, respectively. The DPPH · free radical scavenging effect of the three order: Japanese iris> German iris ≥ Shegan. CONCLUSION: The removal of DPPH · free radicals in different Iris species is quite different, suggesting that other Iris species have stronger anti-oxidant effects than those of Iris species.
