1 临床资料 我院于1995年8月2日收住一例阴囊巨大肿瘤,经手术及病理确诊为阴囊脂肪瘤。现报告如下: 患者许某,男性,68岁,发现右侧阴囊有一小肿块20年,逐渐增大,近二年来肿块增大较明显。二个月前曾在当地就诊,诊断为“阴囊积水”,用针头穿刺抽不出水,致左侧囊皮肤感染、溃烂、出血,久治不愈而来我院。 体检:体温,脉搏,呼吸,血压均属正常,心、肺、肝、肾等未发现异常。阴囊肿大为20×16cm(见图1),阴囊
1 Clinical data The hospital received a huge scrotal tumor on August 2, 1995, and was diagnosed with scrotal lipoma by surgery and pathology.
