现代人生活节奏快、工作压力大,睡眠障碍症患者在人群中的比例日益升高。最新发布的《中国人睡眠质量及科普报告》显示,近几年中国人的睡眠质量在不断下降,近3亿人存在无法入睡的问题。本项目拟设计一款互动装置,旨在通过灯光和声音的效应,为使用者模拟良好的入睡场景,并利用现有的科技手段将使用者的睡眠状况与装置相连。该互动装置将根据使用者的睡眠状况调节灯光和场景,并在使用者入睡后自动关闭,从而改善其睡眠状况。
The fast pace of modern life, work pressure, sleep disorder patients in the growing proportion of the population. The latest release of “Chinese Sleep Quality and Popular Science Report” shows that in recent years, the quality of Chinese people’s sleep has been declining, with nearly 300 million people unable to sleep. The project intends to design an interactive device designed to simulate a good sleeping scene for the user through the effects of light and sound and to utilize the available technology to connect the user’s sleep condition with the device. The interactive device will adjust the lighting and the scene according to the user’s sleeping condition and will automatically turn off after the user falls asleep to improve their sleep status.
