随着本科翻译人才培养由理论型向应用型转变,本科的翻译人才培养模式需要以市场需求为导向,注重翻译实践,加强人才的职业能力培养。与此同时,近十年来,高校专业中西班牙语“热度”不减,西班牙语翻译事业迅速发展,这些都给西班牙语翻译教学改革提出了新的要求。然而,国内的西班牙语较英语、俄语、日语等语种教学起步晚,西班牙语BTI人才(应用型翻译人才)的培养体系研究尚处于基础阶段,其发展瓶颈在于西班牙语专业总体师资力量弱:师资低龄化现象突出;中年骨干教师匮乏;资深教授寥寥无几;学缘结构、学历结构、年龄结构和教龄结构都不尽合理。翻译教学更存在课时量不足、教学方法单一、教学效果不好等问题。为了更好的实践翻译教学改革,提高教学水平,笔者以校企合作背景为前提,设计并实践了“3+3”多元翻译课堂,旨在提高学生的翻译实践能力。
With the transformation of undergraduate translators from theoretical type to applied type, the undergraduate translators training mode needs to be guided by market demand, pay attention to translation practice, and strengthen the cultivation of professional competence of qualified personnel. In the meantime, in the recent ten years, the especial middle and high school Spanish escalation, the rapid development of Spanish translation, all these have put forward new requirements for the Spanish translation teaching reform. However, the development of Spanish BTI talents (applied translators) is still in its infancy, and its development bottleneck lies in the fact that the overall strength of Spanish professional teachers is weak: teachers The phenomenon of younger age prominent; lack of middle-aged backbone teachers; few experienced professors; learning edge structure, academic structure, age structure and the structure of teaching age are not entirely reasonable. Translation teaching is more than the lack of class hours, teaching methods, teaching effectiveness is not good and so on. In order to better implement the reform of teaching in translation and improve the teaching level, the author designed and practiced the “3 + 3” multi-lingual translation classroom based on the background of school-enterprise cooperation to improve students’ ability of translation practice.
