目的了解天津蓟县致病性小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌菌株分布情况。方法于2006年6月用常规方法从腹泻病患者、家畜的粪便样本中分离小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌,并进行生物化学鉴定、血清分型、相关毒力基因检测以及脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分析。结果从腹泻病患者和猪粪便中分离到的5株致病性小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌均为O:3血清型。全部携带毒力基因(ail、ystA、yadA、virF),其中4株菌经脉冲场凝胶电泳分析属于同一带型(K6GN11C30021)。另有1株带型为KGGN11C30026。结论该县从腹泻病患者与宿主动物中分离到的致病性小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌有4株属于同一个克隆系,初步推断猪为当地小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌感染人群的主要来源。
Objective To understand the distribution of Yersinia enterocolitica isolates in Jixian, Tianjin. Methods Yersinia enterocolitica was isolated from stool samples of diarrhea patients and domestic animals by routine methods and biochemical identification, serotyping, virulence related genes detection and pulsed-field gel electrophoresis ( PFGE analysis. Results The five pathogenic Yersinia enterocolitica isolates from diarrhea patients and pig excrement were O: 3 serotype. All carrying virulence genes (ail, ystA, yadA, virF), of which 4 strains by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis analysis belong to the same band type (K6GN11C30021). Another one with a type KGGN11C30026. Conclusion Four strains of Yersinia enterocolitica isolated from diarrheal patients and host animals belong to the same clonal line and the primary reason for the population of Yersinia enterocolitica is presumed to be the pig .
