[目的]探讨对牙周炎的患者进行口腔健康管理的效果,为进一步搞好口腔健康管理提供参考。[方法]将43例慢性牙周炎患者随机分为二组(健康管理组和对照组)。试验组除牙周基础治疗前行常规口腔卫生宣教外,治疗后还继续接受全程口腔健康管理。二组均在治疗前和治疗后6个月分别测量菌斑指数(plaque index,PI)、龈沟出血指数(sulcus bleeding index,SBI)和牙周袋深度(probing depth,PD)。[结果]本次研究共失访4例,最后完成试验39例,其中健康管理组19例;对照组20例。二组治疗后6个月的PI、SB1、PD较基线水平均有改善,其差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。健康管理组和对照组治疗后6个月的PI值分别是0.78±0.33和1.12±0.14,SBI分别是1.27±0.41和1.65±0.73,PD值分别是(3.76±0.32)mm和(4.27±0.15)mm,健康管理组明显优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]常规的口腔卫生宣教在牙周炎患者的治疗及维护中有改善口腔卫生及牙龈症状的作用。但系统的口腔健康管理效果更佳,能更有效提高患者的长期疗效。
[Objective] To explore the effect of oral health management on patients with periodontitis and provide reference for further oral health management. [Method] 43 patients with chronic periodontitis were randomly divided into two groups (health management group and control group). In addition to the experimental group before the basic treatment of oral hygiene routine oral health education, after treatment also continue to receive oral health management. The plaque index (PI), sulcus bleeding index (SBI) and probing depth (PD) of the two groups were measured before treatment and 6 months after treatment. [Results] A total of 4 cases were lost in this study, and 39 cases were finally completed, including 19 cases in the health management group and 20 cases in the control group. The PI, SB1 and PD of the two groups after 6 months of treatment were all improved compared with the baseline level, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The PI values at 6 months after treatment were 0.78 ± 0.33 and 1.12 ± 0.14 in the health management group and the control group, respectively, and the SBI were 1.27 ± 0.41 and 1.65 ± 0.73 respectively, and the PD values were (3.76 ± 0.32) mm and (4.27 ± 0.15 ) mm, the health management group was significantly better than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The conventional oral health education has the effect of improving the oral hygiene and gingival symptoms in the treatment and maintenance of patients with periodontitis. But the system of oral health management better, can effectively improve the long-term efficacy of patients.
