为了鉴定和检验新品系贵烟2号在黔西南州生态条件下,对土壤、栽培、烘烤条件的适应性和在生产上的利用价值,以主栽品种云烟97为对照(CK),按当地特色优质烟叶生产操作规范,进行大区对比示范试验;结果表明:贵烟2号大田生育期适中,田间生长力强,整齐度好,农艺性状表现好;在产量、产值、上等烟率方面分别较CK高349.2 kg/hm2、4 746.3元/hm2、6%,均价和级指分别比CK低1.13元/kg和0.06;贵烟2号内在化学成分含量适宜、比例协调,烘烤特性较好,烟农普遍评价较好,在当地具有较好的推广潜力。
