知识经济时代学校教学应由注重学生掌握知识的多寡转向学生创新能力的高低。培养学生的创新能力,教师首先要有创新精神,创设宽松民主、富有创新意识的教学氛围,抓住时机激发学生创新的欲望,善于发挥学生独立思考的能力,引导他们自己发现问题,进行创造性的学习。本文从激发兴趣和想象力、培养发散思维、鼓励质疑问难等方面介绍了作者培养中学生创造能力的做法,并通过具体实例进行了引证。
In the era of knowledge-based economy, the teaching of schools should be shifted from focusing on the amount of students ’knowledge to the level of students’ innovative ability.
