命题是中学历史教育教学中不可缺少的一项活动。教学需要诊断,诊断就要考试,考试就得命题。教育对象层次不同,决定了考试性质各异,命题要求也千差万别。但是归根结底,考试诊断效果如何,与命题质量有很大关联。命题是指出题目,编制试题。关键在“编制”二字,因为它体现了命题过程的创造性。由于种种原因,现在命题的含意被泛化了,一套试卷中,真正属于自己编制的试题所占比例很少,大都是选用他人编制的成题,却都冠以命题。为了对“选用”和“编制”的试题加以区
The proposition is an indispensable activity in the teaching of history education in middle schools. Teaching requires diagnosis, diagnosis requires examinations, and examinations have propositions. The different levels of educational objects determine the nature of the examinations and the propositional requirements vary widely.
