CX—1(课题组编号为中国新疆一号)小麦联合固氮菌是新疆农科院联合固氮研究课题蛆,从新疆冬小麦、春小麦根际分离和国内外引进的125个菌株中筛选出来的适合新疆小麦生产应用的高效固氮菌株。1989年、1990年和1991年进行多品种多点小区试验表明,小麦拌菌接种平均增产14.35%。1990年在新疆昌吉、奇台、尼勒克、乌鲁木齐县等七个点进行大田(共173.8hm~2合旧制2607亩)示范,平均增产13.9%。1990年、1991年和1992年在兵团各师团场示范50466hm~2(旧制756990亩),增产7.17%~15.07%。拌前按规定用量先拌0.5%五氯硝基苯、0.3%多菌灵、0.2%粉锈宁、0.3%甲基托布津、0.2%拌种双等杀菌剂后再拌固氮菌,对菌株固氮作用无显著影响。
CX-1 (No. Xinjiang, China) The combination of nitrogen-fixing bacteria in wheat is a new project of joint nitrogen fixation in Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences. It was selected from 125 isolates introduced from Xinjiang winter wheat and spring wheat and suitable for Xinjiang Highly efficient nitrogen fixing strains for wheat production and application. In 1989, 1990 and 1991, multi-species multiple-plot trial showed that the average yield of wheat inoculation increased by 14.35%.
