近年来,桶装纯净水以其方便的饮用方式和商家宣传纯净、甘甜、无菌吸引了众多的消费者。为了了解我市桶装纯净水生产卫生状况和产品质量情况,于1999年3月至11月对桶装纯净水企业进行现场调查和抽样检测。1 调查方法1.1 现场卫生学调查 根据饮料厂卫生规范,9家纯净水生产企业选址、车间布局情况、卫生设施、产品自检能力。1.2 样品检测 共抽检样品63份,采用《生活饮用水卫生标准检验方法》、《食品卫生检验微生物学部分》进行检验,其中18份样品进行全项检验(19项指标),其余样品检测感观指标、pH值、电导率、菌落总数、大肠菌群。
