我们用EDTA处理、聚乙二醇(PEG6000)沉淀大分子、A蛋白亲和层析和Sepharose6B柱层析的方法,对八例小细胞肺癌患者的血浆(包括一份癌性渗出胸水)进行了分离分析,初步结果表明,其中五例含有一个分子量约为20000,等电点pI为6.3~6.4的蛋白质,此蛋白质对40种已知的抗人体组分抗血清均无免疫化学反应。同时,我们还用同一方法对三例肺鳞状细胞癌、四例肺心病、一例慢性支气管炎、一例胆囊癌和二例正常人进行了分析,均未见此组分。根据以上结果,可能这是一个未知的、与肺小细胞癌相关的蛋白质,目前正在研究能否将此蛋白作为一种肺癌指标用于临床。
We treated eight patients with small cell lung cancer (including one with cancerous exudative pleural effusion) by EDTA treatment, polyethylene glycol (PEG 6000) precipitated macromolecules, Protein A affinity chromatography, and Sepharose 6B column chromatography The preliminary results showed that five of them contained a protein with a molecular weight of about 20000 and an isoelectric point pI of 6.3 ~ 6.4. The protein had no immunochemical reaction to 40 known anti-human anti-human serums. At the same time, we also used the same method for three cases of lung squamous cell carcinoma, four cases of cor pulmonale, a case of chronic bronchitis, a case of gallbladder cancer and two cases of normal people were analyzed, did not see this component. Based on the above results, it is possible that this is an unknown protein associated with small cell lung cancer and is currently studying whether this protein can be used clinically as a lung cancer marker.
