目的:探讨健康教育对社区老年病慢性病的防护效果。方法:选取本社区的80例老年居民作为研究对象,通过多种形式对研究对象实施健康教育,比较教育前后,本组患者的慢性疾病知识掌握情况,以及慢性疾病的发生情况。结果:对社区老年人实施健康教育后,其对健康知识的掌握率显著提升,与教育前相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);健康教育后,老年人的不良生活方式发生率均较教育前有显著下降,P<0.05;教育前,老年人控制体重的人数为18例(22.5%),教育后有57例(71.3%),比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对社区老年慢性病患者予以健康教育,可提高患者的疾病常识,有助于帮助患者戒除不良生活习惯,培养健康的生活方式,其对社区老年慢性病的预防具有重大意义。
Objective: To explore the protective effect of health education on chronic diseases of elderly patients in community. Methods: Eighty elderly inhabitants of this community were selected as research subjects. Health education was conducted on the subjects in various forms. The knowledge of chronic diseases before and after education was compared with that of chronic diseases. Results: After the implementation of health education for the elderly in the community, the mastery rate of health knowledge increased significantly compared with that before the education (P <0.05). After the health education, the incidence of bad life style in the elderly (P <0.05). Before the education, the weight of the elderly control group was 18 cases (22.5%) and 57 cases (71.3%) after the education, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) . Conclusion: Health education for elderly patients with chronic diseases in the community can improve their common sense of disease, help patients to abstain from bad habits and develop healthy lifestyles, which is of great significance for the prevention of elderly chronic diseases in the community.
