行政财务工作面临问题错综复杂,矛盾突出,主要表现:一是行政费支出庞杂,而行政费挤占其他资金又比较普遍;二是党政机关工作人员工资待遇低,国家对一些费用开支包得又过多,行政费支出结构不尽合理;三是由于经费不足,影响正常工作的开展,不少单位超前消费的欲望又较强,浪费现象仍相当严重,造成行政费支出增长居高不下,行政费供需矛盾日益突出。
