本文结合驸马长江大桥北岸连续刚构主梁挂篮反力架预压工程实例,运用有限元平台MIDAS/Civil建立挂篮整体预压模型及反力架模型,并对其变形进行分析。通过对现场实测数据的分析,验证了有限元模型模拟结果的合理性,同时也证明了反力架预压施工方法的安全性。本文所提出的反力架预压方法为解决高墩情况下预压不便的施工难题提供了参考,可加快施工进度。
Based on the example of the prestressed concrete box girder with anti-force frame on the north bank of Qiongma Changjiang River Bridge, the whole preloading model and the counter-frame model of hanging basket are established by the finite element platform MIDAS / Civil and the deformation is analyzed. Through the analysis of the measured data in the field, the rationality of the simulation results of the finite element model is verified, and the safety of the construction method of the preloading of the reaction frame is also proved. The proposed counter-pressure frame method provides a reference for solving the difficult construction problems of preloading under high pier conditions, which can speed up the construction schedule.
