利用有限元软件ANSYS建立沥青典型路面结构模型并模拟植入加筋体,对不同荷载作用下不同深度处计算求解。对比加筋前后路面内主要应力及变形差别,对主要影响参数利用结果文件中提取的数据及图表寻找规律,以数值模拟结果作为理论实践纽带来指导设计和现场施工。得出模拟加筋后可大大减小沥青路面车辙变形,既增强路面又节省沥青材料,使国民经济受益。
The finite element software ANSYS is used to build the typical asphalt pavement structure model and simulate the implanting of the reinforced body. The solution is calculated at different depths under different loads. Compare the main stress and deformation difference in the pavement before and after reinforcement, and use the data and charts extracted from the main influence parameters to find the law. The numerical simulation results are used as the theoretical bond to guide the design and on-site construction. It is concluded that the simulation of reinforcement can greatly reduce the rutting deformation of asphalt pavement, which not only enhances the pavement but also saves the asphalt material, which will benefit the national economy.
