本文在研究文化创意产业政策内涵与特性、政策体系构成的基础上,从战略规划、开发政策、财税金融政策、制度保障等方面分析了文化创意产业的政策现状和问题,进而从文化创意产业政策体系设计、发展规划和政策间的协调三大维度,就构建合理的促进文化创意产业政策体系进行了系统研究。
Based on the study of the connotation and characteristics of cultural and creative industries policy and the constitution of policy system, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of cultural and creative industries policy from strategic planning, development policy, finance and taxation financial policy, system guarantee, and so on. Then from the cultural and creative industry policy System design, development planning and policy coordination between the three dimensions, to establish a reasonable promotion of cultural and creative industry policy system conducted a systematic study.
