2016年,城市交通的智慧化脚步将继续大步向前。在智慧停车领域,伴随着国家层面的各项鼓励意见和指导政策出台,智慧停车将面临由概念、模式确立转向落地运行的关键一步。在这个过程中,北上广深等大型城市的智慧停车体系将逐步建立,中小城市内的试点案例也将投入运行。我希望,智慧停车能在2016年内实现从跑马圈地换来的大批重资产,积累到停车场全面电子支付运行的转化,逐渐实现项目运行营收的良性循环。在这个过程中,需要政府在政策出台和监督执行两方面发力,需要车场运行方进一步理解配合,更需要车主在用车、停车过程中对智慧停车的主动接受,逐步养成电子支付习惯。
In 2016, the smart pace of urban transport will continue to move forward. In the field of smart parking, along with various encouragement opinions and guiding policies at the national level, smart parking will face a crucial step toward turning the concept and model establishment into operation. In this process, it is necessary for the government to exert force both in policy promulgation and in supervision and execution. It needs the operator of the yard to further understand and cooperate with each other, and more needs the active acceptance of the parking of wisdom by the vehicle owner in the process of using the vehicle and parking to gradually form the electronic payment habit.
