通过扫描电镜观察;X射线能谱分析、显微硬度测量以及干滑动摩擦磨损试验,研究了激光涂覆MS合金层的显微组织与耐磨性。试验结果表明,该涂层显示了独特的组织特征和比钢基体高得多的耐磨性。
The microstructure and wear resistance of the laser-coated MS alloy layer were investigated by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray energy spectrum analysis, microhardness measurement and dry sliding friction and wear test. Test results show that the coating shows unique tissue characteristics and much higher wear resistance than steel substrates.
