On October 13th,jointly organized by the CNPC Economics and Technology Research Institute(CNPC China Top Think Tanks Research Center)and Africa Policy Institute(API)of Kenya,the“China-Africa Cooperation on Energy and Industrialization in the Post-COVID Era”seminar was held in Beijing and Nairobi.A total of 26 experts from the eight countries of China,South Africa,Nigeria,Ethiopia,Kenya,Tanzania,Zambia,and Ghana exchanged views on China-Africa energy cooperation,industrialization and energy development,and the role of China-Africa energy cooperation in promoting industrialization,and proposed suggestions for China-Africa energy cooperation and the development of industrialization in Africa in the post-COVID era via a video conference.

为解决果蔬干燥过程中能耗较大,污染严重,干制品品质较低等问题,综合利用太阳能、热泵、燃烧炉三种热源以及热风干燥与真空干燥两种干燥技术,提出并设计了多能互补的基于果蔬热风真空组合干燥设备.搭建设备试验平台,以胡萝卜为试验物料进行干燥试验,结果表明:含脱硫除尘处理的四种干燥模式,其脱硫率和除尘率均在90％以上,有效减少环境污染;以清洁能源为主的组合干燥模式产生的污染物浓度低于以燃烧炉为主的组合干燥模式;组合干制的胡萝卜营养成分保留较好,外观形态皱缩较小,具有与真空干燥相近的干制品质.

通过对发动机缸体清洗机工艺流程的详细分析,运用物联网与计算机技术研发了发动机缸体清洗机可视化监控系统.可视化监控系统采用与PLC直接通信方式实现了数据通信,并将这些数据保存到数据库中,通过对采集到的数据进行加工和处理实现了设备实时状态监控、生产计划管理、设备定期维护,解决了设备生产效率低、利用不充分、信息不透明等问题,保障设备稳定高效运行.通过可视化监控系统实现了企业对设备的智能化、信息化管理,提高了企业的设备管理水平.
对电离规灵敏度进行模拟计算是预测和优化其性能的关键.提出了一种基于离散电子轨迹片段的离散化方法,用于精确计算理论灵敏度.将考虑边界条件变化的电离规工作过程的基本理论模型表示为由许多离散片段组成的时间线性电子轨道.在每个微小的时间间隔内,通过构造有效电离空间计算和筛选离散的有效电子轨迹片段,并利用Binary-Encounter-Bethe模型计算电离截面.然后采用离散化方法求解电离规灵敏度,使收集效率和电离截面误差减小.热阴极和冷阴极电离规的实验和理论结果证明了该方法的有效性.理论结果与实验结果吻合较好.
