今年,辽宁省政府确定继续提高城乡低保标准,城乡低保标准提高幅度平均为6%左右。目前,省民政厅正会同有关部门制定具体实施方案,本着缩小城乡之间、地域之间保障水平差距的原则,确定对各地的指导意见,待报省政府审定后实施。新标准拟从2017年7月1日起执行。据了解,2016年辽宁省全面提高了城乡低保标准,全省城市低保平均标准由每月492元
This year, the Liaoning provincial government decided to continue to raise the minimum living standard in urban and rural areas. The average increase rate of urban and rural minimum living standards is about 6%. At present, the provincial Civil Affairs Department is working with the relevant departments to formulate specific implementation plans, in line with the principle of narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas and regional levels of protection, and determining the guidance to all localities for implementation before being submitted to the provincial government for examination and approval.
