目的:血站发展的第一要素就是人才,只有抓住人才才能有力推动发展。因此,我们在加强血站人才队伍建设中必须要有科学的理念和良好的方法,积极探索有利于血站人才队伍成长发展的途径,用事业造就人才,用环境凝聚人才,用机制激励人才,用制度保障人才,努力营造重才、识才、爱才、用才的良好氛围,促进无偿献血事业的全面进步。
