随着上海改革开放的深入发展和国民经济的不断增长,特别是国务院批准了上海城市的新规划后,发展浦东地区已列入议事日程。作为基础设施,沟通浦江两岸的交通已显得日益迫切需要。而越江隧道正是变天堑为通途的最好手段之一。自一九七○年第一条隧道(即打浦路隧道)建成通车后,一九八八年底延安东路越江隧道又建成通车了。但对发展浦东地区来讲,光靠一、二条隧道还是不解决问题的,因此今后必将还有更多的隧道需要我们去建设。这就需要我们认真总结以往的经验,不断提高设计质量。
With the deepening of Shanghai’s reform and opening up and the continuous growth of the national economy, especially after the State Council approved the new plan of the Shanghai city, the development of the Pudong area has been put on the agenda. As an infrastructure, it is increasingly urgent to communicate the transport across the river. The cross-river tunnel is the best way to change moat. Since the opening of the first tunnel (the Dapu Road Tunnel) in 1970, the cross-river tunnel at Yan’an East Road was completed and opened to traffic in 1988. However, However, in terms of developing the Pudong area, it is still not possible to solve the problem depending on one or two tunnels alone. Therefore, more tunnels will need us to build in the future. This requires that we conscientiously sum up past experience and continuously improve the quality of design.
