目的分析库区消落带形成前后开县疟疾监测情况,为库区疟疾防治提供参考依据。方法收集开县2004-2013年疟疾疫情报表、媒介监测资料、“三热”患者血检资料等进行分析。结果 2004-2013年全县共确诊21例疟疾病例,均为输入性病例。监测点和对照点媒介监测共捕蚊5 930只,均为中华按蚊;人房按蚊叮人率和牛房按蚊平均密度较低,呈稳中有降的趋势。监测点和对照点血检“三热”患者20 178人,结果均为阴性。结论库区消落带形成后开县疟疾疫情稳定,媒介按蚊密度低,今后防控重点是加强输入性病例的监测和管理。
Objective To analyze the malaria surveillance in Kaihu County before and after the formation of the hydro-fluctuation zone in the reservoir area, and provide a reference for malaria control in the reservoir area. Methods The malaria epidemic report, media monitoring data and blood test data of “Three hot” patients in Kaixian County were collected from 2004 to 2013. Results A total of 21 malaria cases were confirmed in the county from 2004 to 2013, all of which were imported cases. There were 5 930 mosquito co-mosquitoes at monitoring sites and control sites, all of which were Anopheles sinensis. The average rate of anopheline mosquito bites and anopheles sinensis was lower, showing a steady and decreasing trend. Monitoring points and control point blood test “three hot ” patients 20 178 people, the results were negative. Conclusion The epidemic situation of post-malaria in Houkai County is stable and the density of Anopheles mosquitoes is low due to the formation of Hydrodynamic zone in the reservoir area. The focus of prevention and control in the future is to strengthen the monitoring and management of imported cases.
