本文首次报道 17α ,2 0 β -二羟黄体酮对虹鳟免疫功能的影响。在对生殖季节虹鳟血浆 17α ,2 0 β -二羟黄体酮、免疫球蛋白M和总蛋白水平的调查时发现 ,雌雄虹鳟血浆 17α ,2 0 β -二羟黄体酮的水平与免疫球蛋白M的水平负相关 ,即在雌性相关系数r >- 0 797,P <0 0 1;而在雄性r >- 0 4 77,P <0 0 5。这提示 17α ,2 0 β -二羟黄体酮可能抑制免疫球蛋白M的合成或分泌。产卵或排精后的血浆总蛋白量低于任何季节 ,这种低蛋白水平可能与产卵或排精时高水平的 17α ,2 0 β -二羟黄体酮对虹鳟生理的调节有关。而且 ,当人为地提高虹鳟血浆 17α ,2 0 β -二羟黄体酮的水平时发现 ,17α ,2 0 β -二羟黄体酮能降低免疫球蛋白M的水平 ,相反地提高总蛋白的水平。这就进一步证实 17α ,2 0 β-二羟黄体酮的免疫抑制作用。但 17α ,2 0 β -二羟黄体酮与总蛋白之间的作用还不明了。这些结果提示 ,17α ,2 0 β -二羟黄体酮可能与生殖季节虹鳟的高皮肤病发生率有关
This article for the first time reported 17α, 20 β - dihydroxy progesterone on rainbow trout immune function. In the survey of rainbow trout plasma 17α, 20β-dihydroxy-progesterone, immunoglobulin M and total protein in reproductive season, we found that plasma 17α, 20β-dihydroxy-progesterone levels in male and female rainbow trout were significantly correlated with immunoglobulin M (P <0 0 1), whereas in male r> - 0 4 77, P <0 05. This suggests that 17α, 20 β-dihydroxy progesterone may inhibit immunoglobulin M synthesis or secretion. The total protein content after spawning or ejaculation is lower than any of the seasons, and this low protein level may be related to the physiological regulation of rainbow trout by high levels of 17α, 20β-dihydroxy progesterone during spawning or ejaculation. Moreover, when artificially raising the plasma level of 17α, 20β-dihydroxy-progesterone in rainbow trout, it was found that 17α, 20β-dihydroxy-progesterone reduced immunoglobulin M levels and conversely increased total protein levels. This further confirms the immunosuppressive effects of 17α, 20 β-dihydroxy progesterone. However, the role of 17α, 20 β-dihydroxy progesterone and total protein is unclear. These results suggest that 17α, 20 β-dihydroxy progesterone may be related to the high dermatological incidence of reproductive season rainbow trout
