随着社会主义市场经济的发展,户外广告成为现代城市繁荣的亮丽名片,引起商家、城市管理者和普通老百姓越来越多的关注。而户外广告设置过多过滥,妨碍交通出行,存在安全隐患,缺乏有效管理等影响城市和谐的问题,也逐渐引起重视。对于首都北京而言,由于首都和谐社会首善之区的特殊地位,特别是随着2008年奥运盛会的临近,这一问题就更加突出。
With the development of the socialist market economy, outdoor advertising has become a bright card for the prosperity of modern cities, attracting more and more attention from businesses, urban managers and ordinary people. The outdoor advertising set too much, impede traffic travel, there are security risks, the lack of effective management and other issues affecting urban harmony, but also gradually attracted attention. For the capital city of Beijing, the issue becomes even more pronounced with the special status of the capital’s first-righteous district of harmonious society, especially as the 2008 Olympic Games approaches.
