客运专线条件下,考虑旅客总出行量会随铁路客运站选址方案变化而改变的现实情况,铁路客流多样性特点,以及旅客客运站选择行为会受铁路客运站服务质量影响等因素,构建了基于旅客选择行为的铁路客运站选址优化模型。该模型是一个双层规划模型,其中上层规划以社会效益最大化为优化目标;下层规划描述了多用户条件下的弹性需求用户均衡问题。采用遗传算法对上述模型进行了求解。算例验证了模型和算法的有效性与可行性。
Under the condition of passenger dedicated line, taking into account the fact that the total amount of passenger traffic will change with the change of the railway station’s location plan, the characteristics of railway passenger flow diversities and the selection of passenger terminals will be affected by the service quality of railway passenger terminals, Optimization of Location Selection for Railway Passenger Station Based on Passenger Choice Behavior. The model is a bi-level programming model, in which the upper-level planning is to maximize the social benefits as the optimization goal; the lower-level planning describes the user-balance problem under the multi-user conditions. The genetic algorithm is used to solve the above model. The example shows the validity and feasibility of the model and algorithm.
