随着国民经济和内河物流的快速发展,内河航运业也大幅进步。内河船员的营养改善与膳食结构的正确调整,直接关系到身体素质的提高,但是由于航运期间内河船员在船生活条件复杂,许多内河船员由于对膳食营养认识较差或不良膳食习惯等,容易出现牙龈出血、口腔溃疡、便秘、脱发、湿疹、心理紊乱等身心疾病。为了解内河船员膳食习惯,以便海事部门在监管执法的同时进行科学化、针对性的膳食和生活指导,从而促进航运安全的发展,南京海事局课题组对305位内河船员进行了膳食习惯问卷调查。

In order to understand the dietary habits of inland river crews so that the maritime authority can conduct scientific and targeted guidance on diet and life while enforcing laws and regulations so as to promote the development of maritime transport safety, the Task Force of Nanjing Maritime Safety Administration conducted a survey of dietary habits among 305 riverine crews .
