目的:了解贵州省县级结核病实验室现状,为提高县级结核病实验室工作质量、为县级的结核病人得到更好的实验室服务提供参考。方法:通过设计专门调查表,采取填写信息和报告的方法收集资料。内容包括贵州省县级实验室6年内实验室工作人员数量、涂片工作量、年龄、学历、专业构成、培训情况等。结果:40%以上的实验室仅有一名实验人员进行结核实验,新进人员逐年增加,虽然一定程度提高了实验人员的素质(比如学历、专业等),提高了实验质量,但是导致了人员接受培训次数的下降。结论:需要进一步增加人员培训和技术指导力度,来配合即将大规模展开的结核分枝杆菌分离培养和药敏实验的工作。
Objective: To understand the current situation of county-level TB laboratories in Guizhou Province and to provide references for improving TB lab quality in county-level TB labs and obtaining better laboratory services for TB patients at county level. Methods: By designing specialized questionnaires and collecting information by means of information and reports. The contents include the number of laboratory staff, smear workload, age, academic record, professional composition, training situation and so on of the county laboratory in Guizhou Province within 6 years. Results: More than 40% of the labs had only one experimenter to carry out tuberculosis experiments. The number of newly recruited staff increased year by year. Although the quality of laborers (such as academic qualifications, majors, etc.) was improved to some extent, the quality of the experiment was improved, The decline in the number of training. Conclusion: There is a need to further increase personnel training and technical guidance to cope with the upcoming large-scale expansion of Mycobacterium tuberculosis culture and susceptibility testing.
