振动筛是沥青混凝土搅拌设备的重要组成部分,振幅均匀性是保证振动筛筛分性能的重要指标。利用三维建模软件Pro/E建立振动筛的实体模型,并运用动力学分析软件ADAMS进行仿真,研究施加不同的激振力时振动筛振幅的变化情况。得出要保证振动筛的振幅均匀性,需要使激振力通过振动筛质心的结论。
Vibrating screen is an important part of asphalt mixing plant. The uniformity of amplitude is an important index to ensure the screening performance of vibrating screen. The three-dimensional modeling software Pro / E was used to establish the solid model of vibrating screen. The dynamic simulation software ADAMS was used to simulate the vibration amplitude of vibrating screen when different exciting forces were applied. It is concluded that to ensure the amplitude uniformity of the vibrating screen, it is necessary to pass the exciting force through the center of mass of the vibrating screen.
