“’93中国小剧场戏剧展暨国际研讨会”将于11月12日至19日分两阶段进行。这项活动由中国艺术研究院话剧研究所、中国话剧艺术研究会、天津市文化局、天津戏剧家协会联合主办。这次活动由曹禺、吴雪、李希凡、谢国祥任名誉主任;田本相、余林、高长德任执行主任;并由胡妙胜担任评委会主任,谭霈生、董健任副主任。小剧场戏剧是属于高雅的艺术,本世纪以来,在国际上广为流行。我国新时期的小剧场戏剧,是在80年代初开始兴起的,之后不断有所发展。到1989年4月在南京举行了全国第一届小剧场戏剧节达到一个高潮。进入90年代以来,又有新的势头、新的特点,受到观众青睐。上海人艺演出的《留守女士》连续上演了300多场;上海青年话剧团演出的《情人》,在国内外都产生了很大反响。由此可见,尽管近年来我国的“雅文化”受到了“俗文化”的冲击,话剧的总体景况并不甚佳,但是,作为高雅艺术的小剧场戏剧,却越来越显示出适应当代人们新的欣赏趣味和审美需
“’93 China Theater Show and International Symposium” will be held in November 12 to 19 in two stages. This event is co-sponsored by the Institute of Drama, China Academy of Art, China Theater Arts Research Association, Tianjin Cultural Bureau and Tianjin Dramatists Association. The event was headed by Cao Yu, Wu Xue, Li Xifan and Xie Guoxiang as honorary directors; Tian Benxiang, Yu Lin and Gao Changde as executive directors; and Hu Miaosheng as director of the jury committee, Tan Tansheng and Dong Jianren, deputy director. Small theater drama is an elegant art, since the century, popular in the international arena. Small theater plays in the new era of our country started to rise in the early 1980s and then continued to develop. In April 1989, the first theater festival in China was held in Nanjing to a climax. Since entering the 90’s, there have been new trends and new features, favored by the audience. The “Left-behind Ladies” performed by Shanghai Renaissance performed more than 300 consecutive performances. The “Lover” performed by the Shanghai Youth Repertory Theater has produced great repercussions both at home and abroad. Therefore, although the “Ya culture” in our country has been hit by the “vulgar culture” in recent years, the overall situation of the drama is not very good.
