In laboratory experiments, the addition of jasmine spray significantly reduced the activity of tralkoxydim against wild oats. This phenomenon is evident when tralkoxydim is used at low doses (eg, 125 g.i / ha) and high doses of methyl yellow (8 or 12 g.i / ha). Aristolochia alone can significantly reduce the growth and development of wild oats. While the amount of green sulfur in the dose reached 33ga. i. / Ha still can not reduce the growth of wild oats, can only lead to a slight decline in the activity of tralkoxydim. At 6 h after application, joseflularon reduced the absorption of 14 C-tralxoxydim applied to the leaves at the 6 h application, but did not affect the absorption and movement of 14 C-tralkoxydim at subsequent sampling times. In the in vitro assay, both julolidone and 100 μM in the assay had no effect on the activity of wild oat cocoase carboxylase (ACCase) nor did it interfere with the inhibitory effect of tralkoxydim on ACCasc. In addition, wild oat plants were treated with 4, 8 and 12 g / ha of mersulfuron, and the level of activity of extractable ACCase was not reduced at harvest 24-96 h after spraying. The temporary inhibition of growth and development by joselungong provides sufficient duration for most of the tralkoxydim metabolism to be inactive, thus reducing the damage caused by tralkoxydim.
