本文介绍用花生麸、豆粕、鸡肉渣、猫豆渣为原料,用酶法制备混合氨基酸的研究、氨基酸对原料的收率平均为24%左右。成品经分析,八种必须氨基酸具全,其含量占氨基酸总量的50%以上,超过 FAO/WHO 标准。各必须氨基酸的配合比率(A/E)基本上与参考模式接近。成品经安全试验及亚急性毒性试验,证明安全无毒害,小白鼠的最大耐受量是成人每日用量的24.5倍。生产工艺简单易掌握,成本低、产量高,对环境基本无污染。
This article describes the use of peanut bran, soybean meal, chicken dregs, cat’s bean dregs as raw materials, enzymatic preparation of mixed amino acids, the average yield of amino acids on raw materials is about 24%. After analysis of the finished product, eight kinds of essential amino acids are present in total, and their content accounts for more than 50% of the total amount of amino acids, exceeding the FAO/WHO standards. The blending ratio (A/E) of each essential amino acid is basically close to the reference pattern. The safety test and subacute toxicity test of the finished product prove that the safety is non-toxic, and the maximum tolerated dose of the mouse is 24.5 times of the daily dosage of the adult. The production process is simple and easy to grasp, low in cost, high in output, and virtually free of pollution to the environment.
