对温室栽植的1年生‘美鲁斯’/M7A苹果树于主干两侧5cm处在发芽后30、55天或30+55天进行剪根处理。不论剪根时期如何,单次剪根在4周内减少了枝条伸长生长,也减少了直径增粗和采收时总干重。在整个11周的试验期内,两次剪根对于减少枝条长度仍然是必需的。早期剪根后3天降低了净光合作用率和蒸腾率,但是处理后10天恢复原状。晚剪根后7天,第一次剪根的树光合作用率和蒸腾率较低,可是两次剪根的树光合作用率和蒸腾率类似于对照树。同样,晚处理的单次剪根树立即出现严重萎蔫,第二次剪根的树没有明显的水分逆境症状,不影响光合作用率和蒸腾率。任何时期的单次剪根对叶片无机养分几乎没有影响,可是两个时期剪根树叶片的N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Mn、Fe和B高于对照树。
One-year-old ’Merus’ / M7A apple trees planted in the greenhouse were cut at 5 cm on both sides of the trunk at 30, 55 or 30 + 55 days after germination. Regardless of the duration of the root cut, single cuttings reduced shoot elongation growth within 4 weeks, as well as reduced diameter thickening and total dry weight at harvest. Twice the cuttings are still necessary to reduce the length of the branches over the entire 11 week test period. Net photosynthesis and transpiration rates were reduced 3 days after early pruning, but were restored to their original status 10 days after treatment. Seven days after the last root pruning, the photosynthesis rate and transpiration rate of the first root pruning were lower, but the photosynthesis rate and transpiration rate of the two pruned roots were similar to that of the control tree. Similarly, the single rooted cuttings immediately after treatment showed serious wilting immediately, and the second cutted tree showed no obvious adverse effects on water stress and did not affect photosynthesis rate and transpiration rate. The single root pruning at any time had little effect on leaf inorganic nutrients, but N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Mn, Fe and B in the leaf of the root pruning tree were higher in both periods than in the control tree.
