在水泥化学中,铁酸盐相是生产工业水泥熟料过程中的重要液相之一。通常认为铁酸盐相水化速率慢,在水泥水化和强度发展过程中发挥作用有限。本研究发现合成铁酸盐相的水化速率与铝酸盐相在铁酸盐相中的分子比率有关。铁酸盐相的水化速率是铝酸盐相水化速率的55.6%。此外,工业铁酸盐相的水化速率远高于合成铁酸盐相的水化速率。结合铝酸盐和铁酸盐相的水化速率,建立了用于测算铝酸盐和铁酸盐相共同反应的等效铝酸盐公式。
In cement chemistry, the ferrite phase is one of the most important liquid phases in the production of industrial cement clinker. Ferrite phases are generally considered to be slow hydration and have limited utility in cement hydration and strength development. The present study found that the rate of hydration of the synthetic ferrite phase is related to the molecular ratio of the aluminate phase in the ferrite phase. The hydration rate of the ferrite phase is 55.6% of the aluminate phase hydration rate. In addition, the hydration rate of the industrial ferrite phase is much higher than the hydration rate of the synthetic ferrite phase. Based on the hydration rates of aluminate and ferrite phases, an equivalent aluminate formula for the simultaneous reaction of aluminate and ferrite phases was established.
