中金岭南有色金属股份有限公司凡口铅锌矿利用螺旋输送机进行水泥输送,在实际使用中,螺旋输送机系统驱动电机功率偏小,满足不了正常的使用要求。笔者通过对螺旋输送机系统的各个环节进行观察分析,发现进料漏斗结构对驱动功率的影响很大,通过对已知的水泥特性和螺旋输送机进料漏斗结构进行综合分析,从理论上解析螺旋输送机系统驱动电机功率偏小的问题,对传统计算公式进行了修正完
