本文从中国特色社会主义理论的时代特色、中国特色及马克思主义与中国实际的结合三方面阐述了邓小平的社会主义观。文章认为，中国特色社会主义是和平与发展时代的社会主义，是新技术革命与新工业革命时代的社会主义，是东亚崛起时代的社会主义。邓小平建设有中国特色社会主义理论是在对时代挑战的回应中形成的，洋溢着时代的精神。邓小平社会主义理论又具有鲜明的中国特色，强调从中国实际国情出发，探寻切合中国实际的社会主义。邓小平的社会主义理论是马克思主义与中国实际相结合的科学社会主义，它包含着理论上的三大突破，这三大突破标志着科学社会主义在中国达到了当代的水平
This article expounds Deng Xiaoping’s view of socialism from the characteristics of the times of the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, Chinese characteristics and the combination of Marxism and the reality of China. The article holds that socialism with Chinese characteristics is an era of socialism in times of peace and development, socialism in the era of new technological revolution and new industrial revolution, and socialism in the rise of East Asia. Deng Xiaoping’s theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics was formed in response to the challenges of the times and filled with the spirit of the times. Deng Xiaoping’s theory of socialism, on the other hand, has distinctive Chinese characteristics. It emphasizes starting from China’s actual national conditions and exploring socialism that suits China’s reality. Deng Xiaoping’s theory of socialism is the scientific socialism combining Marxism with the reality of China. It contains three major breakthroughs in theory. These three major breakthroughs have marked that scientific socialism has reached the contemporary level in China
