河南省从1995年至今累计完成合格面积80多万hm~2,全省森林覆盖率达到19.83%,林业科技含量进一步提高。全省科技成果转化率达34%,林业科技贡献率达28.9%。河南省林业发展应在指导思想、发展目标、战略措施和建设重点上进一步明确。
Henan Province has accumulated a total of more than 800,000 hectares of qualified area since 1995, and the forest coverage in the province has reached 19.83%. The scientific and technological content of forestry has been further increased. The province’s scientific and technological achievements of 34% conversion rate, forestry science and technology contribution rate of 28.9%. The development of forestry in Henan Province should be further clarified on the guiding ideology, development goals, strategic measures and construction priorities.
