人类繁衍的历史可以说是人类社会同大自然相互作用、共同发展和不断进化的历史。但人类社会的进步与大自然的改善并非同步的,相反,人类破坏其赖以生存的自然环境的历史可能同人类文明史一样古老。从对大自然的顶礼膜拜到对人力的自信和对“人定胜天”的执著,进一步对协调发展的认知和对可持续发展的着手实施,这是一个艰难的认识—实践—再认识—再实践并且一直持续下去的过程。交通运输作为国民经济的一个重要部门,作为人类进步、社会发展的一个重要推动力,其发展模式正在对环境产生越来越重要的影响。事实上,环境作为人类最宝贵的资源,正随着经济的发展、运输的进步出现许多问题。这些问题反过来也制约着经济、运输的进一步发展。因而,探寻与环境容量、资源条件基本适应的可持续运输是我们应该关注的问题。
The history of human reproduction can be described as the history of the interaction, common development and continuous evolution of human society with nature.
