新课程认为教师在教学行为中的教学反思是“教师专业发展和自我成长的核心因素”,因而把教学反思提高到了前所未有的高度。前苏联教育家斯卡特金曾说:为了尽快和出色地掌握教育的艺术,每一节课后,都应当认真思考一下,自己的成绩与不足,同时要找到成功与失败的原因,弄清原因是在备课时造成的,还是在上课时直接造成的。苏霍姆林斯基也曾说:善于分析自己劳动的教师才能成为一名优秀的有经验的教师。提倡教师写教后记就是提倡教师对自己的教学行为进行反思。在多年的教学实践中,我认为教师要以新课程理念作为自己反思的着眼点,从教师和学生两个方面入手,记下自己对每堂课的教学反思。
The new curriculum believes that teacher’s teaching reflection in teaching behavior is “the core factor of teacher’s professional development and self-development”, thus raising the teaching reflection to an unprecedented height. Former Soviet Union educator Skatkin once said: In order to master the art of education as soon as possible and outstandingly, after each class, we should seriously think about their own achievements and deficiencies. At the same time, we must find the reasons for success and failure, and find out the reasons. It was caused when preparing lessons, or it was caused directly during class. Sukhomlinski once said that teachers who are good at analyzing their own labor can become excellent and experienced teachers. To encourage teachers to write postscripts is to encourage teachers to reflect on their teaching behavior. In many years of teaching practice, I believe that teachers should take the new curriculum concept as their focus of reflection, starting from the two aspects of teachers and students, and recording their own teaching reflection on each lesson.
