二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸银(Ag-DDC)比色法已广泛用于水中砷的测定,由于该法的灵敏度所限,不适用于砷含量在20ppb以下水样的分析。水中砷的富集测定国内外曾有文献报道,但方法均较复杂。本文在Emiko (?)ancko的实验基础上,用Fe(OH)_3共沉淀,TrhonX-100老化沉淀物,富集水中痕量砷(三价、五价),然后用Ag-DDC比色法进行测定。此法操作简单,沉淀物易于过滤洗涤,精密度和准确度均较好,适用于河水、饮用水中痕量砷的测定。如果取样量为1升,检出限可达0.5ppb。
The silver dithiocarbamate (Ag-DDC) colorimetric method has been widely used for the determination of arsenic in water. Due to the sensitivity of this method, it is not suitable for the analysis of water samples with arsenic content below 20 ppb. Determination of arsenic in water has been reported at home and abroad, but the methods are more complicated. In this paper, based on the experiment of Emiko (?) Ancko, with the precipitation of Fe (OH) 3, the sediment of TrhonX-100 is enriched in trace arsenic (trivalent and pentavalent) in water, Measurement was performed. The method is simple in operation, the precipitate is easy to filter and wash, the precision and accuracy are better, and the method is suitable for the determination of trace arsenic in river water and drinking water. If the sampling volume is 1 liter, the detection limit can reach 0.5ppb.
