在《普通高中数学课程标准(实验)》中提到:“教师应不断反思自己的教学,改进教学方式,提高自己的教学水平,形成个性化的风格。”这表明教学是师生双方的民主活动;教学效果的提升,不仅依赖于思考学生的学习过程,还有赖于思考教师的教学反思。教学反思会促使教师形成自我反思的意识和自我监控的能力,通过反思进一步理解新课程,提高实施新课程的效果和水平。而目前教师的反思能力意识不强,为此谈一些在教学中提高老师反思能力的途径。
