随着基础教育课程改革的深入,对教师专业发展提出了迫切的要求,从而促使校本教研活动的迅速开展。近年来,我们历史教研组积极开展了校本教研活动。校本教研活动的形式多样,但在日常的教学工作中,我们最常用的方法是:以课例为载体,通过同伴的互助合作,经过“三个阶段两次反思”的基本流程,即前行为→反思→新设计→反思(调整)→新行为,并多次反复这样的流程,达到校本教研活动的目的。但是,在实际工作中,由于我们对校本教研活动在认识上存在一些偏差,导致有的校本教研活动流于形式,成为无效行为,从而无法达到通过校本教研促进教师专业发展的目的。下面,我就自己在校本教研活动中的实践,谈谈对开展有效历史校本教研的认识。一、校本教研要有准确的主题有的教师认为,现在的校本教研与过去的教研组活动并无太大的区别,只是流程反复多次而已。过去的教研组活动,往往是一位教师开课,同组教师听课、评课。这样的教研活
