如何在生态文明建设中提升企业绩效,以往的研究未进行过探究。现有成果多是基于企业绩效谈企业绩效,未从宏观大环境出发进行研究。就此问题,通过对循环经济与价值生成深入分析,以平衡记分卡为框架,将价值增值、平衡性分析、价值生成等进行融合,构建了一套具有生态文明指标的企业绩效测度体系。在此基础上,选定位于西藏地区从事同种行业的多家企业进行长期跟踪研究,不仅确定了新型企业绩效水平,而且基于定量分析定位的三重指标还帮助企业实现了新型绩效水平持续提升。
How to improve corporate performance in the construction of ecological civilization, previous studies have not been explored. Most existing achievements are based on the performance of enterprises on the performance of enterprises, did not proceed from the macro environment for research. On this issue, through the in-depth analysis of circular economy and value generation, taking the balanced scorecard as the framework, we integrate value appreciation, balance analysis, value generation and so on, and construct a set of performance measurement system of enterprises with ecological civilization indicators. On this basis, long-term follow-up studies of a number of enterprises in the same industry in selected regions in Tibet have not only determined the performance level of new-type enterprises, but also based on quantitative indicators to help them achieve a new level of performance.
