本刊讯近日获悉,由中国中医科学院中医临床基础医学研究所、军事医学科学院蛋白质组学国家重点实验室、香港浸会大学骨与关节疾病转化医学研究所、香港浸会大学中医药学院的专家组成的合作团队成功开发了一种以适配子为靶向配体的新型成骨细胞特异性递送系统,可以将任何具有成骨潜能的小核酸通过精准识别成骨细胞来实现细胞特异性递送,从而促进骨形成,可以极大地促进骨质疏松成骨靶向药物的开发。该研究成果已在《自然-医学》(《Nature Medicine》)杂志发表。
