诱惑侦查作为一项特殊的侦查手段,在侦缉“无被害人之犯罪”案件中起着十分重要的作用,成为打击走私、毒品等特殊犯罪必不可少的有效侦查手段。本文对诱惑侦查的必要性、合法性以及侦查活动中如何规制诱惑侦查等问题作了较为深入的阐述和探讨。
Temptation investigation, as a special investigative method, plays an important role in the investigation of “crimes without victims” cases and becomes an indispensable and effective means of investigating crimes against smuggling and narcotics. This article makes a more in-depth discussion on the necessity and validity of temptation investigation and how to regulate temptation investigation in investigation activities.
