针对梭车试车中出现的传动轴与轮胎动态干涉现象,通过理论研究分析其产生原因,通过试验测试得出转向机构准确偏移数据,基于分析结果提出可行的解决方案,并通过了实际的运行检验。
Aiming at the dynamic interference of propeller shaft and tire appearing in shuttle test, the reason of the interference was analyzed through theoretical research. The accurate offset data of steering mechanism was obtained through test and test. The feasible solution was put forward based on the analysis result and passed the actual operation test.
