幽门螺旋杆菌(Helicobater Pylori,Hp)与慢性胃炎和消化性溃疡密切相关已被证实,但多数研究主要在成人中进行,在小儿国内外研究的较少,主要由于小儿消化道活组织检查较困难。本文采用抗Hp测定对Hp感染在小儿上消化道疾病中的作用进行探讨。
Helicobater Pylori (Hp) is closely related to chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer. However, most researches are mainly done in adults. Few researches in children at home and abroad are mainly due to the difficulty of digestive tract biopsy in children . In this paper, anti-Hp determination of Hp infection in children with upper gastrointestinal disease role in the study.
