目的观察穴位推拿治疗颞下颌关节紊乱综合征的临床疗效。方法将78例颞下颌关节紊乱综合征患者随机分为两组。治疗组39例采用穴位推拿治疗,对照组39例口服美洛昔康片和复方氯唑沙宗片,疗程2周。结果治疗组总有效率为94.87%,对照组为79.49%(P<0.05);治疗后两组平均张口度和平均VAS评分与治疗前比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);且两组治疗后平均张口度和平均VAS评分比较有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论穴位推拿治疗颞下颌关节紊乱综合征疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint massage on temporomandibular disorder. Methods 78 cases of temporomandibular joint disorder syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. In the treatment group, 39 cases were treated with acupoint massage, and 39 cases in the control group were given meloxicam tablets and compound chlorzoxazone tablets for 2 weeks. Results The total effective rate was 94.87% in the treatment group and 79.49% in the control group (P <0.05). The average mouth opening and mean VAS scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment (P <0.05, P <0.01) ; Mean mouth opening and average VAS scores of two groups after treatment were statistically significant (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion acupoint massage for treatment of temporomandibular disorder is effective.
